Do you have a mothers group that would like to all exercise together? Bumps can run specialised postnatal exercise classes for your mothers group at a local maternal health centre, at someone’s house or at GOODLIFE gym, Glen Iris.
This 6 week course can also be run online virtually with AT HOME classes. Flexible times and days can be arranged, please contact Bumps Pilates to enquire.
