All classes are designed & instructed by qualified Physiotherapists with a special interest & training in womens health & pregnancy.

Special modifications can be given to women with injuries such as Pelvic or Low back pain, wrist pain, abdominal separation, weakness in pelvic floor or recovering from caesarian delivery or other issues.

Please indicate on your medical registration form (required in first class) if you have any medical conditions or musculoskeletal pain & discuss this with the Physiotherapist. Classes can be claimed under “extras” cover if you have private health insurance.

The classes are billed under a “group physio class” as item number 561 or some health funds have “antenatal class” cover.
